• Trusted Contacts: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your designated contacts
• Check-in History: Timestamps, locations, and durations of your check-ins

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide safety check-in services
• Send emergency alerts to your contacts when timers expire
• Maintain your check-in history
• Process payments for Pro subscriptions

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only:

• With your Trusted Contacts — by email, and by GPS coordinates, address, and a map link — when you check in, complete a check-in, or when an alert is triggered
• With our infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf and never use it for their own purposes: Google Firebase (accounts, database, hosting), SendGrid (sending alert emails), Mapbox (converting your GPS coordinates to a street address and displaying maps), and Stripe (processing Pro subscription payments)
• When required by law

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your check-in history for up to 90 days. If you delete your account (available in-app, or by request — see Section 6), your account record, saved Trusted Contacts, and check-in history are permanently removed within 30 days, except where we're required to keep payment records for legal or tax purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data — available directly in the app's settings, or by emailing us at the address below
• Export your check-in history (CSV/PDF, available in-app)

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

9. Where This Applies

1SafeRE is currently operated for users in the United States, and this policy is written accordingly. If you're accessing the Service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes.
