1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 1SafeRE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

1SafeRE is a personal safety check-in application for anyone spending time alone. The Service allows users to set timers and automatically notify their Trusted Contacts if they fail to check in.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Ensuring your Trusted Contacts have consented to receive alerts
• Providing accurate location and contact information
• Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Emergency Alerts

The Service attempts to send emergency alerts, but we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors beyond our control including network issues, device problems, or contact availability. 1SafeRE is a supplementary safety tool and should not replace standard safety protocols.

1SafeRE does not contact 911, police, fire, or emergency medical services, and it is not a substitute for them. The Service only notifies the Trusted Contacts you add to your own account. In a real emergency, call your local emergency number directly — do not rely on 1SafeRE to summon professional help.

5. Limitation of Liability

1SafeRE and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to failed notifications, location inaccuracies, or emergency response delays.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at $3.00 USD. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect immediately. Refunds are not provided for partial billing months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
